Refund Policy

At Neural Reset Method™, we stand behind the quality of our programs and your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward refund policy so you can invest in your neural wellness with complete confidence.

1. Eligibility

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the following purchases:

• Digital Neural Reset Programs (priced €47 – €499) — Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Brain Mapping Sessions (€250) — Eligible for a full refund if the refund is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. See Section 4 for details.

2. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

1. Send us an email at support@neural-reset.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include the following information: Your full name, the email address used for the purchase, order number or transaction ID, and the date of purchase.
3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
4. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Once your refund has been approved, please allow the following processing times:

Refunds are issued to the original cryptocurrency wallet address used for payment. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, processing times may vary depending on network conditions.

4. Exceptions & Special Conditions

Brain Mapping Sessions

• Brain Mapping sessions that have already been completed are not eligible for a refund.
• Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule once at no additional cost.
• Sessions cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
• No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund.

Digital Programs

• Refund requests received after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be honoured.
• If we determine that the refund policy is being abused (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests), we reserve the right to decline future refund requests and/or restrict access to our services.

Promotional & Bundle Purchases

• Products purchased at a promotional or discounted rate are still eligible for refunds under this policy. The refund amount will be the actual amount paid.
• For bundle purchases, refunds apply to the entire bundle. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available.

5. What Happens After a Refund

• Upon refund approval, your access to the purchased digital content will be revoked.
• Any downloaded materials should be deleted from your devices. Continued use of refunded materials constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service.
• You may repurchase any program at a later date at the then-current price.
